Hi and welcome to the Thai Fusion website

My name is Douglas Coburn, and I'm the sole Director of Thai Fusion.

I am ably assisted by my amazing Thai staff; Vilaiwan head chef, Sakorn first Chef and Chaaum commis chef. Also on board are three Thai waitresses Edwina, Fon, and Amy. Bringing up the rear is myself and my son Oli.

That's all of us, and we take great pride in serving you the finest Thai food in Cheshire.

Our food is authentic Thai food, prepared and cooked Thai style. We also have on our menu, Thai Country food. If you are "into" your Thai food, you'll appreciate this is a different style. We only cook to order so you can let us know how you like it, hot and spicy, or mild.

Enjoy the finest quality Thai food in beautiful surroundings, or just relax on comfy sofas and have a drink, in the sitting area.

We are located on Buxton Road, half way between Hazel Grove and High Lane. Used to be the Robin Hood.

As well as fantastic food, we have a great selection of Robinsons' drought beer, including Dizzie Blonde, a cask ale, and a good selection of bottled beer including Singha Thai beer. And of course a balanced wine list.

We have only been open since May this year, and already we have our regular customers who adore our food and fine ambiance. Come and join us, and share a great Thai night out.
