My name is Douglas Coburn, and I'm the owner of Thai Fusion.

I am ably assisted by my amazing Thai staff; Vilaiwan head chef, Jintana first Chef and Tik commis chef. Also on board are four Thai waitresses Edwina, Fon, Amy, and Gan.

That's all of us, and we take great pride in serving you the finest Thai food in Cheshire.

Our food is authentic Thai food, prepared and cooked Thai style. We also have on our menu, Thai Country food. If you are "into" your Thai food, you'll appreciate this is a different style. We only cook to order so you can let us know how you like it, hot and spicy, or mild.

Enjoy the finest quality Thai food in beautiful surroundings, or just relax on comfy sofas and have a drink, in the sitting area.

As well as fantastic food, we have a great selection of Robinsons' drought beer, and a good selection of bottled beer including Singha Thai beer. And of course a balanced wine list.

We have been open now for 2 years, and have a faithful band of regular customers, as well as lots of new customers that come on recommendation.
